Leeds Festival 2013

The first of many acts for Leeds Festival 2013 was announced today. These are the following:

  • alt-j (headlining NME/Radio 1 Stage)
  • Deftones (performing NOT headlining on the Main Stage)
  • Sub Focus (performing on the Dance Stage, which will take place over all three day this time round, instead of just the one day)
  • Boy Better Know (headlining BBC Radio 1XTRA stage*NEW*)

Too many man.

Pulled Apart By Horses announce ‘The Tough Love Sessions’

Shortly after the announcement of the tour cancellation, Pulled Apart announce their digital release of their ‘sessions’ from Tough Love released earlier this year. The album contains demo’s, b-sides and live tracks from TL, in addition to these, the digital release will contain four bonus tracks, all b-sides from their self-titled release.

The latest single by Leeds based noise-hop branded Castrovalva, taken from their upcoming album ‘You’re Not In Hell, You’re In Purgatory My Friend

We recently interviewed Castrovalva’s front man and synth player, Leemun Smith in which he described the new album to be, ‘more listenable, more heavy, less pissing around,’ in comparison to debut album We Are A Unit.
